Friday, April 17, 2015 Kelowna BC – Gage Quinney of Las Vegas and the WHL Kelowna Rockets broke open a very tight game to win 7-3 and eliminate the Victoria Royals before 5228 at the Prospera Place.  Kelowna won the Best of Seven, 4-1, to advance to the next round. In playoff games Gage overall has 4 goals, 3 assists for 7 points to lead all Las Vegas players away from home.

Kelowna next will take on the winner of the Portland Winterhawks v Everett Silvertips series for the WHL Western Conference Championship. Portland leads the Best of Seven, 3-1. 

Wenatchee, Washington – The season came to a close for Brendan Harris and Ryan Chiasson of Las Vegas and the NAHL Wenatchee Wild who were eliminated from the playoffs tonight. The Lone Star Brahamas beat Wenatchee 3-1 to win the Best of Five 3-0. Earlier Lone Star won games by 2-1 OT and 2-1. Brendan dealt an assist for Wenatchee’s only goal tonight

Sioux City, Iowa – Joey Raats of Las Vegas and the USHL Sioux Falls Stampede broke to a three goal lead and beat the Sioux City Musketeers 4-1 before 2585 at the Tyson Events Center. Joey was +1 on the ice tonight. It was a big road win for the Sioux Falls Stampede who lead the Best of Five, 2-1. Game Four will be on the Sioux Falls Stampede home ice on Sunday.
