Gage Quinney and the WHL Kelowna Rockets open a big series against the Portland Winterhawks for the Western Conference Championship. The two teams have not played against each other since November 21-22. Gage has 4 goals, 3 assists in playoff games this year. Kelowna and Portland are in a Best of Seven.

Joey Raats and the USHL Sioux Falls Stampede are on the road in Game One, taking on a strong Tri City Storm team in Kearney, Nebraska. Sioux Falls vs Tri City is a Best of Five with the first two games at Tri City and Game Five, if necessary, at Tri City.

The WSHL Las Vegas Storm announced that Jaerden Morgan, who joined the team late in the season, committed to the University of Utah for 2015-16. Jaerden played in nine games for the Storm and had one goal, scoring against the Phoenix Knights.
