Graduating Players

Filip Hedvall #20 –  “Filip was a big power forward who was acquired earlier in the season from the Salt Lake City Moose. He developed into an offensive impact for the Storm. Filip has received many offers to extend his playing and education from schools throughout the United States.”

Motohiro Hobura #16 – “Moto came to the Storm at the trade deadline from the Ontario Avalanche. Moto is a fast forward who has great vision on the ice.”

Kody Holmes #11 – Kody came from the Storm from the San Diego Gulls last season. Kody is a very fast skater who has tremendous energy that our other players fed off of.”

Jesse Orenius #5 – “Jesse was involved in a trade which sent our Nathan Fournier to the Ontario Avalanche. Jesse has great size and was stellar for the Storm on the back end. He has great ability to skate the puck up to create offense.”

Richard Prekop #33 –  “Richard is a Las Vegas native. He played with the Storm last season and then began the 2015-16 season with a team in Canada. Once he returned to the Storm this season his leadership and size was welcomed. Richard has a huge heart and gives 100 percent every day.”

Payton Wright #17 – “Payton started with the Storm from Day One. Payton showed what it means to be a leader and rightfully he was named team Captain. Payton’s skills have improved tremendously with his dedication and persistance to get better.”
