Taylor Karr and Isiah Letendre scored for Las Vegas in a 10-2 loss to the Long Beach Bombers who won their 4th straight game. This was the first of a three game series this weekend at the Las Vegas Ice Center.

Las Vegas –  Coach Gabe Gauthier will start his most experienced goalie – Andre Spens of Espoo, Finland – for the WSHL Las Vegas Storm who open their season tonight against the WSHL Long Beach Bombers at the Las Vegas Ice Center on the North Rink. Game time is 7 pm.

Spens started 28 games last winter for the Storm. He is listed at 5’11, 187. The backup goalie tonight will be Mickell Mannell from Missoula, Montana. This is his first season with the Storm.
