St. Paul, Minnesota – With the NHL Minnesota Wild down two goals in the second period Jason Zucker of Las Vegas intercepted a cross-ice pass, blasted down the ice and wristed a goal top shelf left against the Anaheim Ducks at the Excel Energy Center.

It was Jason’s 13th goal of the season for the Minnesota Wild and reduced Anaheim’s lead to 3-2 midway in the second period.

Jason scored again in the third period – with assists from Mikael Granlund and Mikko Koivu – to help Minnesota win 5-3 before a sold out crowd of 19,280. Jason was plus 2 on the ice making him +26 for the season, third-best in the NHL. It was a massive win for Jason and the Wild as the Anaheim Ducks were very physical and battled hard in this game.
