Las Vegas –  The WSHL Las Vegas Storm takes on the Fresno Monsters to open a three game series tonight which is important for a few reasons including (a) wins needed to stay in the best available spot for the upcoming playoffs and (b) break scoring records while doing it.

Nikita Pintusov, a gifted goal scorer for the Storm, has 30 goals this season. The record for most Storm goals in one season is 31 goals held by Vincent Dekumbis who played here last season.

If Pintusov scores his 31st, 32nd goals in this game the Storm captain Tino Nummela will retrieve the pucks from the Fresno net and hand them over to GM/Head coach Gabe Gauthier. After the game the pucks will be presented to Pintusov.
