Canton, N.Y. – Joe Sullivan of Las Vegas scored his 10th goal of the season for #17-ranked St. Lawrence University in a 4-2 loss to #12-ranked Cornell tonight at the Appleton Arena. Joe’s goal was on a powerplay. St. Lawrence is now 15-10-6 overall, Cornell is 16-6-3. The crowd was 1642.

Boston – Michael McNicholas of Las Vegas helped New Hampshire University battle to a 4-4 OT tie with #4 ranked Boston University with a goal and an assist. It was Michael’s 11th goal of the season. The crowd was 3764 at the Agganis Arena.

Anchorage – Kenny Brooks of Las Vegas scored his 4th goal this season for the ECHL Colorado Eagles who stunned the Alaska Aces 4-3 before 3640 at Sullivan Arena.  Kenny has 4 goals, 6 assists this season. During the game there were snow showers outside the arena doors. The temperature was 24 degrees.

Wenatchee, Washington – The BCHL scoreking Brendan Harris of Las Vegas had one goal, one assist to give him 23 goals, 70 assists for the season in the BCHL Wenatchee Wild’s 10-2 win over the visiting Langley Rivermen at the Town Toyota Center. Brendan is the first Las Vegas player to lead the BCHL in scoring. The crowd was 2568. Brendan and the Wenatchee team will play their final regular season home game against Langley here on Saturday night.

Ontario, California – Captain Eric Williams of Las Vegas had one assist for the WSHL Ontario Avalanche in a very tough 5-4 OT loss to the WSHL Valdencia Flyers at the Center Ice Arena. Eric has been recruited heavily by colleges for next season. He was at the UNLV Rebels vs Cal State Northridge game at the SoBe Ice Arena in Las Vegas last weekend.

Evansville, Indiana – The Vegas Connection of Vito Carlo and Michael Cichy helped the NA3HL Atlanta Capitals beat the Evansville Jr Thunderbolts 8-0 here at the Swonder Ice Arena.  Vito, who began the season with the WSHL Las Vegas Storm, dealt an assist for Atlanta.

French River, Ontario, Canada – Adrian Nicholas of Las Vegas scored his 6th goal of the season for the NOJHL French River Rapids in a 9-2 loss to a very strong Rayside Balfour Canadians team at the Noelville Ice Arena. Adrian has 6 goals this winter.
