Star goal scorer Brendan Harris of Las Vegas and BCHL Wenatchee Wild

Wenatchee, Washington –  After four seasons here Brendan Harris of Las Vegas played his final regular-season home game for the BCHL Wenatchee Wild before a massive crowd of 3482 at the Town Toyota Center. Brendan had 3 assists in a 6-1 win over the BCHL Langley Rivermen.

This season Brendan has 23 goals, 73 assists for 96 points. He leads the BCHL in scoring. In his four seasons with Wenatchee Brendan has 58 goals, 155 assists for 213 points and countless Star of the Game Awards. He was a #3 Star here Saturday night.

Brendan and Wenatchee, a 43-9-0 BCHL division leader coached by Bliss Littler, have two regular season road games and then the playoffs get underway.

Next season Brendan will play at NCAA Bemidji State.

North Charleston, South Carolina – Cory Ward of Las Vegas scored his 13th goal and added an assist for the ECHL Manchester Monarchs in a 5-3 road loss to the South Carolina Stingrays. The crowd was 8106 at the North Charleston Coliseum. Cory, in his first season of pro hockey, has 13 goals, 16 assists.

Evansville, Indiana – Michael Cichy of Las Vegas scored the first goal of the game – his 7th of the season – for the NA3HL Atlanta Capitals in an 8-2 road win over the Evansville Jr Thunderbolts at the Swonder Arena. It was the 4th straight win for Atlanta which has clinched a playoff spot with a record of 29-10-1 and who include the Vegas Connection of Cichy and Vito Carlo.

Ontario, California –  Captain Eric Williams of Las Vegas and the WSHL Ontario Avalanche got one of their greatest wins 2-1 over the powerful rival WSHL Valencia Flyers at the Center Ice Arena.
