Las Vegas – The WSHL Las Vegas Storm scored four times in the third period to make Las Vegas hockey history – their first playoff win in franchise history – in a 7-4 win over the Fresno Monsters on Thursday night at the Las Vegas Ice Center

Las Vegas closed it out strong in the third period to win the opening game in this Best of Three series. The Storm’s Nikita Pintusov scored his 44th, 45th goals of the season. He has the Storm record for most goals in one season.

Game Two will be on Friday.
