There is big, important playoff action tonight involving a number of top Las Vegas players:

//The WSHL Las Vegas Storm must win tonight against WSHL Western Division champion Long Beach Bombers to keep its season going. Long Beach leads the Best of Three 1-0. This is the best Storm team constructed by GM/Head coach Gabe Gauthier. The game will be at the historic Glacial Gardens in Lakewood, Ca. 5 pm.

//The NA3HL Atlanta Capitals with The Las Vegas Connection of Michael Cichy and Vito Carlo can close out the Texas Jr Brahmas tonight in Richland Hills, Texas. Atlanta won Game One of a Best of Three 4-3 in OT on Friday. The Texas team includes big goal scorer Vincent Dekumbis who played last season with the WSHL Las Vegas Storm.

//Landon Quinney of Las Vegas and the QMJHL Saint Johns Seadogs play Game Two in a Best of Seven against Rimouski Oceanic tonight in New Brunswick. The Seadogs won Game One 9-2 on Friday evening.

//The season is over for a top Las Vegas defenseman Eric Williams, captain of the WSHL Ontario Avalanche who lost 7-6 in a Double OT game to the WSHL Valencia Flyers who won the Best of Three, two games to none. Eric had two assists in the riveting Friday night game at the Ice Station in Valencia, Ca.  Eric, a team leader, had an awesome season and plans to play on the collegiate level this coming fall.
