The Western States Hockey League (WSHL) announces the sale of the San Diego Sabers, a long-standing member team since 2002 to Tomas Kapusta.  The Sabers in their 15-year membership in the WSHL are one of the oldest teams in the WSHL and one of only 4 teams currently that were in existence in 2002.  The Sabers will continue operation at the Iceoplex located in Escondido CA.

Tomas Kapusta a resident of Irvine, the Edmonton Oilers 5th round draft pick and Olympian played professionally in Canada, Finland, Czech Republic.
