Manchester, New Hampshire –  Cory Ward of Las Vegas and the ECHL Manchester Monarchs tried to close out the Brampton Beast but didn’t quite get there. Reggie Traccitto of Brampton scored on a powerplay in the third period to help them win 2-1 at the SNHU Arena.

Cory and the Monarchs lead the Best of Seven, 3-2.

However, the remaining playoff games will now be played on Brampton’s home ice at the Powerade Center in Ontario, Canada.

Game Six will be at Brampton on Friday evening. Game Seven, if needed, will at Brampton on Sunday.
