“My Biggest Goal” – Nick Robone in action seasons ago…..from our Vegas Hockey archives

Nick Robone is a 4-time Las Vegas Roller Player of the Year with the Las Vegas Tour Rebels and the UNLV Rebels collegiate roller team. He has scored hundreds of goals but he says one particular goal is the best of all.

“My biggest goal was at the NCRHA National Championships playing for UNLV. We were pitted against defending champions Lindenwood and were down 4-3 with three minutes to go. We went onto a power play and Alex Yug fed me a great pass in the slot for quick one timer blocker side. Andrew Tamura would score a few minutes into overtime to send us to the national title game. It was one of my favorite tournaments on and off the rink.”
