Innsbruck, Austria –  HC TWK Innsbruck has extended Las Vegas coach Rob Pallin for two years as head coach the team formally announced.

Coach Rob, from Chisholm, Minnesota, began coaching in Las Vegas back in 2000-01 when he put together the first winning AAA midget 18u team in Las Vegas hockey history on a team which included the Triple Threat Line of Travis Roseberry, JC Caron and Spike Neely. The following season the 2001-02 AAA Las Vegas Mustangs with the Red Line of Josh Jasek, Adam Naglich and Eddie Samuels was the first to win a Pacific District Championship and the first to play in the U.S. Nationals.

Rob also was head coach of the UNLV Rebels for three seasons – 2008 through 2011 – where he had high-octane winning teams which led to a assistant coaching stint with ECHL Las Vegas Wranglers from 2011 to 2013. The Wranglers played at the Orleans Arena on Tropicana Avenue here in town.

Rob said from Innsbruck “…what makes Innsbruck so beautiful are the people.”

Coach Rob and his wife Dora are the parents of Emily Charlotte Pallin.
