Pittsburgh – Cameron Zucker of Las Vegas and the NA3HL Lansing Wolves jolted Eastern Division leaders Pittsburgh Vengeance 2-1 today at the Alpha Ice Complex. Cameron, in his first season of junior hockey, has 4 goals, 5 assists for 9 points. Pittsburgh has a record of 27-8-0; Lansing is in 3rd place in the Eastern Division at 18-12-1.

Lakewood, Ca. – In a shocker defenseman Gabriel Testa of Las Vegas scored for the WSHL Fresno Monsters who beat mega power Long Beach Bombers 7-3 today at The Rinks in Lakewood, Ca. Gabriel and Cody Printzen of Las Vegas are top players for the Monsters. Cody Key, 20, of Fresno scored his 35th, 36th and 37th goals in this game for the Monsters. Long Beach, 22-6-0, won the first two games of this weekend series 3-2, 5-3. The Fresno Monsters are now 16-14-1.

Ironwood, Michigan – Michael Cichy of Las Vegas dealt an assist for his new team – the USPHL Ironwood Fighting Yoopers – in a 4-2 loss to a very strong Minnesota Blue Ox team on home ice at the Pat O’Donnell Center. It has been very cold – below 10 degrees – and snowing in Ironwood.
