St. Paul, Minnesota –  Jason Zucker of Las Vegas scored his 18th goal of the season for the NHL Minnesota Wild which took down Tampa Bay, one of the best teams in the NHL, 5-2 here at the Xcel Energy Center on Saturday night.

It was the 3rd straight loss for Tampa Bay.

“We lost our swag. We’re not in sync. These things happen during a season,” said Jon Cooper, head coach Tampa Bay.

Since December 27 Jason Zucker and the Wild are on a tremendous run of 6-0-2 on home ice outscoring teams 32-16.

Tampa Bay has lost three straight first to to Calgary and then to the Vegas Golden Knights and now Minnesota.
