HC TWK Innsbruck finished tied for 4th place with a record of 25-16-3 during the regular season and drew Vienna for the first round.

Top players for HC TWK Innsbruck include Tyler Spurgeon who has 17 goals and is +22 this season plus John Lammers 17 goals, +21 and Hunter Bishop 23 goals +20.

“They play on the same line and they play all 200 feet each and every game,” coach Rob said. “Andrew Clark is a Top 5 player in our league. He has 24 goals and is +5.”

Pallin added “….this is why you show up in August, you do the season and then you get a clean slate to go into the playoffs where anything can happen. Our first four playoff games at at Vienna but I feel good taking our team there and think we can snipe a win or two and then return home for the remainder of the playoff games.

“A lot of people from the Minnesota Wild have wished us good luck. It is very appreciated,” Rob said. “We want to wish the best too for the UNLV Rebels who had a tremendous season and are now at the U.S. Nationals. We are thinking of them and all of the best to them as well.”
