UNLV’s New Players For 2019-20 Season
1. Kirk Underwood is a D3 transfer from Eric Williams’ old school Chatham University. He’s coming to us after being the captain of his school for the past 2 seasons.
He will add skill and experience up front. Great kid.
2. Jayson Dimizio D3 transfer, played in the NA before that. He is a big powerful player who we expect a lot from.
3. Jared Erickson, ACHA D1 transfer from Iowa State. He is another big player with just a great work ethic. Can play 200 ft and is very smart with the puck.
4. Jake Berry is a true freshman coming from the NA3. Has been well coached his entire career. Great offensive defenseman who loves to jump in the play. Cannot
wait to see what he does on our power play. Jake was a captain with NA3HL Milwaukee Power.
5. Brendan Manning who is another another true freshman. He played in the EHL with the New England Wolves and a small time in the AJHL. Small, shifty forward with lots of speed. He fits into our system perfectly.
6. Hunter Muzzillo is another true freshman. Played in the NA3. Big strong defenseman who loves to learn.
7. Matt Reyes played with the WSHL Long Beach Bombers. Went to play in the D3 last year. He is another big player who we think will be a good 4, 5 or 6 d-man for us.
