Las Vegas hockey dad Steve Allen says “he’s fine” after hockey folks were concerned when in our summer adventure story a character named The Genius ‘vaporized’ Steve for making fun of him at the south rinkboards over at the SoBe Ice Arena on July 4. “It was just a story, not real so I am all right,” he said. Steve’s hockey son Jason was a dynamic goal scorer in ice hockey and in roller hockey for many seasons here in Las Vegas.
