Gap, France – Las Vegas defenseman Joey Raats, who was playing with the Briancon hockey team in France, is now with the Rapaces de Gap who play home games at the 3400-seat Patinoire Brown-Ferrand Arena. A team spokesman said Raats was recruited and signed to “strengthen our defense.”  Joey, 24, had one goal, three assists this season with Briancon. The weather today in Gap is cold, with sleet and a temp of 32-degrees.
