Innsbruck, Austria – Las Vegas coach Rob Pallin and HC TWK Innsbruck – in an all out shocker – beat 1st place Klagenfort 4-1 here last night. Klagenfurt came into this game with a league record 5 straight shutout wins. For Innsbruck Joel Broda from Yorkton, Saskatchewan, scored two goals, He was a captain of ECHL Bakersfield Condors a few years ago. John Lammers and Caleb Herbert also scored. Scott Darling was in the net for Innsbruck.

“It was big – first-place Klagenfurt in town at our place. For us, first game in weeks with a full roster. Everyone healthy. Played very solid with two powerplay goals and went 4 for 4 on the PK. It was amazing what Klagenfurt had done – 5 straight shutout wins when coming here – but we worked hard and got the win,” Pallin said right after the game.
