In a story first discovered by Steve Allen, reporter for Vegas Hockey, the UNLV Rebels are ranked #1 in the ACHA D1 Coaches Poll. Rebels head coach Anthony Greener said “this is a huge honor – something that could not be done without all of our previous Rebels players laying the groundwork. Plus the entire hockey community is behind us. ACHA D1 using the Coaches Poll until November 1, that is when the ACHA D1 computer rankings begin.”
