Las Vegas – Star goalie David Anderson, a transfer from Jamestown, had 18 saves in a spectacular debut performance as the UNLV Rebels beat #10 ranked Jamestown Jimmies 1-0 here at The Orleans Arena on Saturday night. It was an absolute all out firefight and a must-win game for the Anthony Greener-coached Rebels who want a spot in the ACHA D1 Nationals this season. David Lenzin, a new Rebels player, scored with an assist from Jared Erickson. These same two teams will play again Monday night here at The Orleans Arena.
